Install the app, connect an AI, and start growing your first agent.
1 · Install
Download
Grab the Windows installer from the download page and run it.
Allow it to run
Windows may show a blue “unknown publisher” notice — the pilot build isn't code-signed yet (it's not a virus). Click “More info” → “Run anyway”.
Open Ovo
When setup finishes, Ovo opens on its own. That's it — you're in.
If your antivirus blocks it
Some antivirus tools are extra cautious with brand-new apps. Choose “Allow” / “Add exception”, or add Ovo's install folder to your antivirus allow-list. Stuck? Reach out — we'll help.
2 · Sign in
Enter your email. A 6-digit code arrives in your inbox (check spam if it's slow) — type it in and you're signed in.
3 · Connect your AI
Ovo runs on your own AI key. You can start for free.
- 01Keep “Your own key” selected (it's the default).
- 02Pick “Google (Gemini)” — the one with the Free badge.
- 03Tap “Get a free key”, sign in with Google, create a key, and copy it.
- 04Paste it back in Ovo, pick a model, and hit Connect.
Prefer something else? Anthropic (Claude) gives the highest quality (pay-as-you-go), and Ollama runs models fully offline on your PC (no key — Ovo helps you install it).
4 · Start using Ovo
Just talk to Ovo — schedules, to-dos, notes, anything. Under “Recommended abilities” you'll find a marketplace of Spheres others have shared; add one (start with ⭐ Productivity). As you work, Ovo grows and splits into a team — that's the whole idea.
Troubleshooting
| Symptom | Fix |

| Login code doesn't arrive | Check spam · wait a minute and retry · still nothing? Contact us. |
| “AI connection failed” | Check the key was pasted whole, and that it's active on the key page. |
